Acclaimed independent production house 44 Blue Productions, the creators behind hits such as A&E’s Emmy-nominated Wahlburgers, E! Entertainment’s #1-rated Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry and Animal Planet’s #1-rated Pit Bulls & Parolees, has hired innovative television executive Elyse Delmore as Senior Director of Development. Delmore will be working with the development team on the creation and sale of new ideas across cable, broadcast, syndication and digital platforms.

“Elyse brings experience from both sides of the aisle, having worked as a buyer and seller during her career. With a deep knowledge of formats, pop culture and a great eye for talent, she brings a fresh and distinctive voice to the department,” said Dan Snook, Senior Vice President of Development for 44 Blue Productions, a Red Arrow Studios company. “We’re looking forward to working with Elyse to continue to broaden 44 Blue’s diverse slate, and find new voices with stories waiting to be told.”

Delmore joins 44 Blue Productions from 51 Minds, a division of Endemol Shine North America, where she was the Director of Programming overseeing network commissioned development for four years, developing and selling shows for History, VH-1, BET, MTV, CMT, E! and HGTV.

Before joining 51 Minds, Elyse worked in development at VH-1, coordinating with some of the top production companies in alternative television, working on shows like Dating Naked, La La’s Full Court Life and T.I. and Tiny. She brought the AOL digital series Candidly Nicole, starring Nicole Richie to the network and developed it into long form content.

44 Blue has more than 20 projects in active production, from Animal Planet’s long-running Pit Bulls & Parolees to E!’s breakout hit Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry. 44 Blue also has the industry’s deepest slate of celebrity docuseries and co-produced programming. Current successful series include A&E’s Emmy-nominated Wahlburgers with partners Mark Wahlberg, and Donnie Wahlberg and A&E’s top-rated Nightwatch with Dick Wolf’s Wolf Reality, plus upcoming projects with Viola Davis, Chloe Grace Moretz, Jessica Biel, Khloe Kardashian, Rainn Wilson’s Soul Pancake and Blumhouse.
